The 21-Day Cold Process

Unlike commercial soaps that boil away natural glycerin and use synthetic surfactant noodles, UMA Herbal Care follows a slow, artisanal method:

1. Botanical Infusion: Herbs like Neem, Tulsi, Palash, and Sandalwood are infused into cold-pressed virgin coconut and sesame oils.
2. Small-Batch Saponification: Natural lye water is slowly introduced at controlled low temperatures, preserving botanical nutrients.
3. Hand Pouring & Cutting: The soap batter is poured into wooden molds, set for 48 hours, and hand-cut into generous bars.
4. 21-Day Curing: Bars cure in open-air cedar racks for three full weeks, allowing natural glycerin to form and moisture to evaporate gently.
